You may have noticed over the past week that Beautiful You posts have not been as plentiful.  I do promise that I am still here but I am deliberately taking some time out from posting as much due to giving some more time at the moment to both my clients and the writing of my first book.

It’s writing crunch time and I am finding myself needing every spare hour I can find to sit quietly with my thoughts and how I can bring them to life on paper. It’s a wonderful journey that at the moment needs some more of my attention.

I will still pop in with posts of course, just not as regularly as you may have come to expect.  This won’t be forever.  Just for now.
